Welcome to the home of the Inclusioneers, where we spotlight the Food Bank staff members dedicated to driving diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives within our organization. At the Food Bank of Lincoln, we recognize the importance of fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered. The Inclusioneers team embodies our organization’s commitment to creating positive change and fostering an environment where diversity thrives. Through their leadership and dedication, they play a crucial role in ensuring that our efforts to alleviate hunger in Southeast Nebraska are inclusive and equitable for all.

The Food Bank of Lincoln is dedicated to addressing hunger in Southeast Nebraska while fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging in our community. Regardless of background or circumstances, every individual has the potential to bring about positive, beneficial outcomes toward alleviating food insecurity in our community.
